Program details
Youth Boxing Club
- Ages 8–17
- All experience levels welcome
- Boxing fundamentals, footwork, defense and combinations
- Conditioning and age-appropriate athletic development
- Character, discipline and respect standards
- Competition pathway for qualified athletes
Weekly Schedule
Monday: 4:00–5:30 PM
Wednesday: 4:00–5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM–12:00 PM
Saturday is a combined Youth + Adult Boxing session. Adult members help reinforce skills, culture and mentorship under coach supervision.

Youth Boxing FAQ
Does my child have to spar?
No. Sparring is not automatic. Any contact work is introduced only when appropriate, coach-approved and consistent with the athlete's experience and goals.
Does my child need experience?
No. The program teaches fundamentals and progression from the beginning.
What should they bring?
Comfortable athletic clothing, clean athletic shoes, water and any personal boxing gear they already own. We can help determine what equipment to purchase once they begin.
