Self-defense is not high kicks, accurate striking and complicated Ju-Jitsu moves that are right at home in an action movie. Our course is about teaching you simple and effective things you can do to increase your self-confidence and empower you to act in your own defense without mastery of a martial art or weapons.

Need a quick lunch break workout? We got you! We’ll do a 30 - 40 minute intense boxing-based workout, leaving you time to shower and get back to the grind!
Lunchtime Boxing Fitness
* This self defense course is designed for women or vulnerable groups who are more likely to be physically or sexually assaulted from attackers or from partner/family member domestic violence.
Also be advised that this class will (safely) simulate a physical attack, including raised voices and hands-on work.
